It seems to be Windows server migration season for us at the moment! Windows Server 2012 R2 end of support is 12 October this year and it’s no joke how many servers out there need upgrading.

We’re taking most to 2022 but some to 2019. Downtime and stress is minimised by cloning existing servers and performing the upgrade on the clones. Amazon’s EC2 tools come in handy.
